1. Introduction

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, goo11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or system failures — whether arising in contract, tort, or any other theory of liability, and whether or not goo11 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, goo11's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their goo11 account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
